At Dover Saddlery, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you can return it within one year of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare Your Item

Ensure the merchandise is in its original condition with all tags attached and include the original packing slip in the box.

Fill Out the Return Form

Complete the return/exchange form located on the back of your packing slip, indicating whether you would like a refund or a replacement size.

Apply Shipping Label

Use the pre-addressed SmartLabel included in your original shipment or print a new one from our online portal to secure to your package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
